CACFP Food Program
The Child and Adult Care Food Program is a federal program that provides meals and snacks in child care facilities. All meals served at C.A.R.E. Academy are nutritious and follow the USDA guidelines for a healthy plate.
Two Bite Club
Teachers encourage their children to try two bites from each food group on the given plate.
Each meal includes:
Protein
Vegetable
Fruit
Grain/bread
Milk
